I missed my weekly weigh in yesterday so I’ll update now.

I lost 1 lb since last week but I feel so bloated and lethargic. I have decided to try another diet to help me lose extra weight. Next week, I’m going to start the Flat Belly Diet. I just have to get my meals planned and go grocery shopping for all the ingredients for my meals.

The bad thing with blogging is reading other blogs and finding different recipes to try. Like this…

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

I found the recipe on Fitnessista but I replaced some of the ingredients since we didn’t need it to be vegan or gluten-free. The little loaves were quite tasty and have recently vanished.

I received a huge box full of Pretzel Crisps® to sample and I’m now hooked on them.

They have so many varieties and they all burst with unique flavors and spices. We’ve had the Garlic Parmesan, Chipotle Cheddar, Buffalo Wing, Everything, and the Jalapeno Jack so far and they are truly delicious.

I packed a baggy full for Todd’s lunch one day and he shared them with the guys at the job. They went crazy for them.
