Orgain Shakes

For the past week, I have been drinking a meal replacement shake called Orgain.

We are all familiar with other meal replacement shakes known to…ahem… Slim you Fast, and yes I used to drink these shakes.

Until now…

I saw Orgain while shopping at Whole Foods and contacted the company for samples.

The shakes are creamy and tasty and they don’t leave you with a chalky aftertaste.

I feel happy about drinking these shakes when I don’t have time to make a healthy balanced meal. Sometime’s Tyler and I need to rush out of the house and I know I’ll be satisfied with drinking the shake as a meal replacement. They make me feel full and I’m not hungry until it’s time for my next daily meal.
