Sweet Jane Lynn Cake Balls

 This week has been very hectic. To sweeten things up, something wonderful was delivered to my door step.

What is a cake ball??

“A cake ball is a moist, sinful, decadent, delicious treat of cake, icing and chocolate combined to make your taste buds feel like they have died and gone to heaven! With our own special blend of love, patience, flour and a few other secret cake ingredients, we shape each ball by hand and then it is dipped in a confectionery coating. “

I was sent twelve different flavors to sample. My favorites are the Quadruple Chocolate (devil’s food cake mixed with fudge icing and chocolate pieces), Blueberry Pancake (fresh blueberries and maple syrup frosting), and Tennessee Whiskey (sweet raisins and Jack Daniels whiskey). Holy YUM!

They all are truly superb, rich, creamy, and an exact flavor match to their name.

For $29, you can order a dozen. They are shipped using a special custom-made insert so the cake balls arrive perfectly. Valentine’s Day is coming up and these would be the perfect gift for the one you love. Heck, I may just order myself another dozen.
