Summery Salad

Florida weather is crazy. You start out wearing layers in the morning only to peel then off by noon. I woke up and put my slippers on to keep my toes warm and now I’m wearing flip flops.

Got to love it!

So this fruit salad was perfect for lunch.

I needed a side to keep the grilled chicken company and so a summer salad was made.

I cubed some watermelon, cut up a nectarine, threw in some blueberries, chopped up a few pieces of basil, added lemon juice, sprinkled with salt, and enjoyed.

Time for a nap! Ha. I wish.
