Bacon, The Way To My Man’s Heart

Avocado Ranch Dip
2 small ripe avocados
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped dill
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until desired consistency.

Salsa
4 Roma tomatoes
2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 red onion
1/2 lime juiced
salt
pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until thick and creamy

This meal was so freaking delicious, we even had to make our own tortilla chips to use the leftover salsa and avocado ranch dip.

So… all the fattening deep-fried Fair visits and talk about bacon inspired me to make Todd a dessert… Chocolate Covered Bacon.

I didn’t care for it, but Todd did. That’s all that matters right? Making sure the one you love is happy? Well, I think he is… At least for tonight.
